Here i have to say your website is more fast easy to shopping with Kapuruka. And also your delivery guys are nice as this isnt my 01st order. But here i mentioned that I faced 02 times as difficulties 01 This i had faced by last year 2015 04 27 that was my husbands bday i ordered one of a cake from your site 02 or 03 days before but unfortunately i didnt received this on date i waited to receive this.. finally i got a call to Kapruka one of a guy said that the order had been canceled due to so far. But i got to knew it after i talked to you u didnt updated it at least under my order no. Hence appreciate if you are going to cancel the placed order plz let us know at least before a date on date.02 Due to my previous experience Yesterday i got a called to your customer service to know status of gift delivery but there is one of guy answer to my call he didnt know how to talk to your customers hence I would like to say your guys can talk to customers politely then we havent anything to say as bad comments as like this .. ! Thank you.
