Excellent first class service. Very reliable and helpful for people abroad. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

I was surprised to get a call from kapruka to say my order could not be delivered on the day requested . Was quite disappointed and told them to return the money to my CC . 3 minutes later they called back to say they could deliver it but around 700pm. I thought it was very nice of the person to call operations to try and deliver the order and which they did by 530 pm. Thank you kapruka team for keeping up to your motto of trust . Well done .

Super fast shipping. Really happy with the service.However I prefer Kapruka upgrading the usability of their website and bring a more modern theme instead of this very old version. Also it needs to be more mobile friendly.
