The website can be organized better for easy navigating. e.g pooling cakes in price ranges rather than according to the brand.

I have always been very satisfied with your service. However this time I was a bit disappointed as the gift was delivered rather late. It was my Mums 86th birthday and at that age they like to feel loved. I called Sri Lanka 4 times the last being at 3 pm SL time and she had still not received it and I could not tell her what it was as I wanted it to be a surprise.
