I have now ordered 6 times 2 are in the process of being delivered.The only negative is tracking your order when you have 4 in the system simultaneously.Adding a description alongside would be very helpful .Keep up the good work just discovered you last September anticipate using Kapruka frequently.

I have been using Kapruka to send gifts and cakes to my parents in Sri Lanka in several occasions. Kapruka had never failed to deliver a great service. The quality of the stuff that I ordered were beyond my expectations! I am amazed how organised and methodical they are with deliveries particularly because my mothers birthday is on Valentines day although its a super busy day for deliveries they manage to deliver on time. This time I ordered food and they had been thoughtful enough to call my parents to ask whether the food was needed for lunch or dinner time. Thanks Kapruka for your excellent service. It would be good if there was a way to add a some message on to to a cake at the very end of the checkout process too. For the last one we ordered we forgot to add a message but didnt want to go back from the final payment screen to start the process all overas everything would have had to be typed from scratch. So we sent the cake without a greeting on top of it.

Sometimes the delivery times are a bit late even if we place the order a lot earlier.

Very convenient and efficient. Now we have wide range of selection to decide on what is more adequate.

Your website and communication system so far have been great. I have so far used your service 3 times this year. 1.In March18 I placed an order twice in error and immidiately got a refund for the 2nd amount. Please thank the staff. That was very proactive customer service. My niece loved the gift.2.My mums Bday was on the 7th May. Placed an order early in the month but ony got delivered on the 8th May. When I inquired staff the answer was 7th May being a public holiday I should could not have placed a delivery order on the day. But your website clearly accepted my delivery on the day. Slight hiccup but I thought should give SL own business another chance.3.4th July I placed 2 orders for my Dad motherinlaw birhtday. My motherinlaws cup cakes were lovely and the people really enjoyed them VAUTE597AF14 .But I placed a cake for Dad VEXT8812C778 . My family called me yesterday and said that the cake was really stale.

Shopping Experience is great but cannot satisfy with delivery time Even I ordered my items before 7 days its take more than 8 Hours to reach destination after out for delivery .
