good need more options on gift items and a good comunication with ur supliers Hotel cake delvering has to b together same time.

The website could be better visually it is sometimes difficult to chose dishes on the menus as the different categories are on different pages. The actual delivery service is outstanding.

The shopping experience was great!I am presently employed in Malta. On Thursday 24th November I ordered a cake from Hilton to be delivered to my home in Borella Colombo 8. I wanted the cake delivered prior to 12 noon on Saturday. And it was done to accordingly. I am extremely happy with your service. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

good but some times u make mistakes. before send my surprise gift u give a call one day before. and u send cake at morning and flower at evening.its very bad.

i didnt know any thing about kapruka before i heard form a friend. the service is very prompt and i am really happy customer.only thing is i ordered cake and flowers it was delivered separate i would have be more happy if it was done togeather.

I request delivery at 1100am for special reason. but delivery happen at 0200 pm. It is good if you can give concern improve delivery time.But you staff has inform about delay which I appreciate

The shopping experience was wonderful. But I was little bit sad as the delivery has made even before 3.00pm though I instructed to make it after 6.00pm. Anyhow I got to know that the cake was in really good condition. Thanks a lot...

Really glad to have such good service consistantly... But I have notice that kapruka has reduce the variety of Hilton cakes. Plz do add back them if can. Coz I have seen other sites whom are doing the same businesshave those cakes but I trust kapruka so still I will shop with kapruka.

Well I put a last minute order for Hilton cake unfortunatly it was not enough time to order but a rep called me my phone to suggest to get a Galadari cake. That is excellen customer service. Thank you.

Appreciate if you could get the responsibility of delivering cakes as well even the vendor is not you. which will have a control to you when dealing with specific customer requirements.
