I had a fairly decent experience while shopping on Kapruka. However I encountered some issues. Like when I searched for items some items didnt appear on the list and I faced some bugs at the payment gateway when I tried to apply a coupon to the payment I contacted customer care with video proof. The customer care team was friendly and responded quickly within 10 minutes. The user interface is good but I think it could be improved. The overall user experience was not great so I hope they can fix those issues.
