I have been impressed with how Kapruka extended its delivery service beyond Colombo. I would love to see additional restaurants added for outstation. Consider including local restaurants. There are some good ones in Moratuwa. Kapruka convenience and pricing are great. thank you for this service!

The experience was good. This restaurant Mango Tree met the standard of quality food unlike Jasmine Song which was our last order and was terrible.

Ordering was easy and quick. I mentioned in comments that it should be delivered for dinner but I forgot to mention its a surprise. So someone from Kapruka phoned and asked the recipient about time of delivery. Its my fault for not mentioning but its something that you could also help out with to keep the surprisea.

I am very disappointed with the order I placed for Mothers day. I had requested for food from Mango tree to be delivered prior to noon if possible. But the order was only delivered at 10 pm. I can understand that it is impossible to deliver at the exact time and there was a mix up with the number provided which was rectified long before the actual delivery time but delivering lunch at 10 pm is just ridiculous.

But the order was only delivered at 2 pm. I can understand that it is impossible to deliver at the exact time but I was sent an email stating the delivery had been dispatched at around noon but only was only delivered at 2 pm.

Extremely satisfied. I had made a mistake during ordering and I had to call from USA to get it straightened out. A lady at the customer service helped me out in an extremely polite and a helpful manner. Overall Kapruka is doing a fantastic job! Thanks very much!
