Every thing is good except for keeping the suprise. In all my shopping experiances it was pre informed that there is a delivery from Kapruka. This time I ordered some lump rice and someone called my home and said that they will be bringing frozen food since it would get spoilt if not and also had asked my home if there was a microwave at home to heat the food which was quite unnesessary. You should not be calling the people you are delivering the items to discribe them when it s supposed to be a suprise and I was aware that it was frozen since I have already had it before. I specificaly made a comment not to spoil the suprise and also when I received a call from your office did mention to the person in the office try not to call but they had already called and informed my parents. Questioning if there is a microwave at home was totally not acceptable. Apprecite if you would take these points into consideration and improve the delivery services to keep it a suprise.

You have a good variety of items. Prices are reasonable. Greeting cards are a wonderful idea. Choosing our own flowers is great. The website is very user friendly. In my instructions I requested the phone to be delivered early because my sister s phone was broken. She is a widow with 4 kids and an older mother in law. A phone was urgently needed. When she called you refused to give the phone early. That is not good service. You must use common sense to make a decision. My sister had ordered from Kapruka when she was in USA so she knows you well.
