It was ok . Something I absolutely hated was when the customer service reps call continuesly completely disrespecting the time differences ONLY to ask for feedback ! There was one time I woke up to 13 calls all in the middle of the night for me and when I answered he wanted feedback ! I never wanted to use kapruka again after that but i blocked the number and thought Ill continue to use it ONLY because Ive used it many many times in the past years
