Your service has helped me enormously in the past few years and I do plan on being a client for the future.The one area you should look into improving is the delivery of cakesspecially for little children.I just had one delivered to a child who turned one. They live in HoranaI had the cake ordered well in advance and wrote stating it had to be delivered before three as it was to be driven to Horanabefore the baby was put to beddespite this special requestit was delivered around 740p.m.That means it did not get to Horana until another hour and a half. I do understand that you don t gaurantee times of delivery but when a good customer asks for a requested time you should try to accomodateyour customers.Remember the famous quote It s all in the timingHANSINI MUNDIGALA
