Tierra Sur Santa Alica Brut 12.5 ABV 750ml Chile

A Chilean Sparkling with a nice looking bottle. Loads of orange notes in the nose with some sugars and mild yeast that come out eventually. Very well-balanced taste with some sourness, some dryness, not too much sweetness and light yeast in the aftertaste. Not syrupy at all, so goes down very well. The yeast does get slightly stronger with time adding hints of nuts, tart. Pricier than most Chilean wines, but a great all-around Sparkling.
