Always have been very easy and been a good experience when I used it. So easy.
It was good experience. In special note should tell that please be conscious about the note that has given by the customer. So it will help to improve your services better. Because there are so many incidents that have been faced by my friends also.Example Delivered good doesnt match with invoice which customer has paid for Deliver Gents perfume instead of Ladies perfume Completely missing to deliver the item which was there in customer order When someone call back n inform the mistake that has been done customer care representatives not responding well with full understanding of the situation. Just talk with negligence and that will lead to loose the customers and reputation as well.I have mentioned only few points. but there are more to be improve. Please advice your team to check two three time whether customer order and goods going to be delivered is matching or not. Because once customer found it no point. And if such case please make sure to arrange it with next delivery rather than taking 23 days to deliver it. Hope you all will pay your attention on these simple tips enhance your service better
