Add 3 leveled scoops (approximately 22 g) of Progain powder and 130 ml of boiled and cooled water (lukewarm water) into a container/glass.  Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved-in, to prepare 150 ml serving. If preferred, milk can be used instead of water, if no intolerance to Lactose.

NOTE: Since osmolality is very low, adding to different food preparations (i.e., Porridge, Kanji, etc.) is possible.
