I ordered a cake.. but I have to go through several times to confirm a cake hotel cake it would have been seamless if the product cake was given a more detail description on the size no of serves areas it can be delivered radius because certain details are missing here.. and the questions in help sections do not work correctly either. And each time I had to speak to a kapruka representative and they reply otherwise.AYODHYA RAJARATNE

The service with Kapruka was brilliant. I would comment on few .1. The customer service over the phone when handling queries regarding orders and gettimg the correct sollutuons or I would say get them on time.2. The order delivery slots and the scheduled delivery they were on time.3.its so easy to select the products with wide range of selections with all the Top range suppliers . 4. I think it was a good website to purchase goods rather than visiting a place to buy one and it was user friendly. But it would be a bit easier for the customer if youve a way to identify the outlet near the address by on its own or by you all since everyone does not know which place would be closer especially a foreigner. And there was a issue when i tried to pay by my visa card Im from Maldives and our Bank of Maldives visa card an issue saying the last 4 digits are wrong so I had to use my paypal account to do the needful.HOSNI ZAFRULLAH
