I like this survice .bcse i use this 6 months alredy almost 2000 i think when i free time shopping .i order for my family and all friends suprice they bring to correct location verry good survice.befor i never got like this survice so i introduce to my friends also.i like the way packing and they called befor they reach home.nd items all dont have any damage.

Happy on your service. Found some technical issues on the website. Like missing items that added to the cart at previous login.Like to see there is an option to choose morning hours or evening hours. And like to see there is an exact delivery according to that.

After ordering my grocery items from Kapruka for which I got a confirmation I received an E mail which said. that Delivery is on the way45 minutes after I got the E mail I was given a call by Kapruka saying that the Indi Basmathi Rice 1kg is not available and 5 other items would be delivered the next day!!! Also asking me whether I would like a SUBSTITUTE!!! I was upset and asked the guy who called why are you telling me this now AFTER sending an E mail saying Delivery is on the way. Thos is NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! Then after the delivery was made I had ordered MD MIXED FRUIT JAM 895gram bottle and what was delivered was the 500gram bottle. I find this inexcusable as may be some people clients DO NOT CHECK THEIR BILLS BUT I DO!!!!! Yes the correct size was delivered today and the other returned. I feel that there is a communication issue within the company OR they are trying to cheat customers ordering from OVERSEAS OR INCOMPETENT personnel working in Colombo. You figure this out. Hopefully this would not happen again to me or ANYONE. Having complained about this I spoke to a guy named Chanaka Chathuranga who understood my frustration and took it upon himself to make sure the correct items and the missing 6 items will be delivered today!!!
