This was my first order with Kapruka service and I ordered it from Canada. I am really impressed with the timing of delivery of the flowers and the cake was really awesome. Perfect morning timing of delivery I really thankful for the staff who delivered it on time. Pleasant service and I would definitely recommend Kapruka service for others customers. Just one little thing with handling of the cake during the travel of delivery by any transportation just to make sure that the cake position dont change much inside the box. Otherwise loved the beautiful flower bouquet and the cake. I look forward to order more gifts in the future with Kapruka service. In general it was a good experience. Everything has been done properly. One shortcoming the flash drive which was posted in website and the flash drive which had been delivered was quite different in shape. It doesnt matter. But better if you can post the exact item that you are going to deliver. I guess it can avoid unnecessary inconveniences that can happen.
