Kapruka global shop service - Terms And Conditions
By purchasing an item via Kapruka Global Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Kapruka acts as a facilitator, enabling a customer (you) to purchase from US sellers (amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other stores and/or individuals).
Warranty and returns
Customer may obtain warranty service from seller, manufacturer or vendor if such services are available. Kapruka cannot return items to USA however customer may return items direct. In such cases Kapruka will supply proof of purchase directly to seller, if possible. Customer must arrange shipment and cover all costs, taxes and other fees involved.
Special purchase/ pre-order / limited items
Certain items are limited to a number of units each day. In such cases we will place customer orders in the order they were received.
With items that are in limited stock / special offers, we make every effort to place the order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get that deal. If we cannot purchase the item, we will try to purchase it from another site.
If the price has increased, we will let you know, and you may purchase at that price or cancel the order and obtain a refund.
Occasionally, sellers cancel our orders for various reasons. In such cases, we will attempt to place a new order from the same website, or another website, if possible. If we are unable to, we will let you know and you can obtain a refund.
Customs clearance / delays.
We make every effort to ship products to Sri Lanka rapidly, however we do occasionally experience delays at customs and / or due to other causes.
We only sell phones with TRC approval.
US TV is in NTSC format, so TV's, Blu Ray players, game console, games, DVD's, camcordets, etc. are in NTSC format and may not work with PAL format equipment. It is the customers responsibility to check formats and compatibility.
Multiple unit purchases
Some items are limited stock only. If more than one unit is ordered we will try our best to obtain from the same seller but we may have to order additional units from other sellers at a higher price. If this is the case we will inform you first.
Products kept at the Kapruka Global Shop for more than 60 days may be considered forfeit and disposed off.
In the event a refund or replacement is requested by customer, Kapruka will communicate this to seller and issue refund or replacement on receipt of same from seller.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid less any costs incurred by Kapruka on products already purchased.
