Yes! You can return Electronic items and claim refunds via Kapruka if you have a genuine reason to do so. This question is frequently asked by many of our customers and we decided to clearly explain the procedure by solving all the uncertain areas that they doubt about. Which Electronic Items are Returnable?
In an event where the Electronic products have faults, damages and/or not working at the time the products are delivered/ received by the customer, he/she can claim a replacement/refund depending on the product category. In a situation where the product that is received by the customer does not match the image or the description published, the customer should contact us within the return window of 1 week and should inform us the same. You also need to make sure that the packaging is in the original condition and is unused. The products that are considered to be “No Longer Needed” or “Change of mind” will not be considered as a genuine reason to claim a refund/replacement. The Manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions should be taken into account for devices such as Mobile phones, Tabs and Laptops. When returning, it is a vital fact that the products are in Original manufacturer’s packaging with accessories (if any) and make sure that the packaging is not damaged by the time of returning. In case if the products are repaired, modified or damaged, it will restrict the customer from claiming a refund/replacement.

When will I get my Refunds after claiming?
You will get your refund within 5-7 business days.
I did not receive my refund on time. What should I do?
Please contact our Hotline +94-11-7551111. If Kapruka informs you that they have done the payments, then kindly contact your bank.
I do not want the Product I ordered anymore. What should I do?
Unfortunately we do not take back delivered products unless there is a genuine reason (as mentioned previously) to return it. ˜Change of Mind™ is not considered as a genuine reason.
What is the Return Window for my product?
You need to inform us about the Damage on arrival of the item. Any Fault and/or a Defect should be informed within 1 week (7 days) of arrival of the item.
All Items which contains a warranty do comes with a warranty card, unless it’s a Kapruka Product directly coming from a Direct Supplier, It’s customers responsibility to check wheather the warranty card has received with the product (Warranty Card usually comes inside the product’s original box). if the customer has not received the warranty card, they should inform Kapruka within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that, without the warranty card the warranty will be void and Kapruka will not be responsible of the warranty if the warranty card is not presented at the moment of caliming the warranty.
