Shopping experience was great. There were a wide selection of flower arrangements to choose from. However the Sri Lankan team that handled the order was not so great. Since 5am May 27th I was receiving WhatsApp messages saying they cannot fulfil the order since there are no flowers that was on the request. They were suggesting other arrangements which I did not like. Needless to say it was an unprofessional experience. This was going on until 9pm CST which was a waste of my time. Finally Kapruka customer service was contacted to resolve the issue. Thankfully they reassured the order and had delivered the order on schedule.
