The service was satisfactory received it on time. I feel that the service of the delivery personnel needs to improve. The person who delivered my product came and rang the bell nonstop while my baby was asleep.. He needs to give us at least a minute before he rings the bell for a second time as i do not stand next to the gate to open it as soon as he rings the bell. I went to the gate as soon as i heard the bell but until i got there which would have taken like a maximum of 20 seconds he was ringing the bell and when i opened the gate he had got into the vehicle already which i assume was to leave. He should have at least called one of the two contact numbers sender or recipient that were given before he leaves. I have nothing to complain regarding the Kapruka service they were good hope you could advice your delivery personnel to be a tad bit more patient.

Honestly youll are the best gift delivery service ever! I used this before to order some flowers for one of my aunts on her birthday. That was my very first order.
