Ordering cakes is easy but when I tried to order a mug with a personalized photo it didn t work very well n the mug design was of a very poor quality which made me not buy it! Pls improve the steps where we upload photos to design our mugs. Specially with how it will look once it s produced and also including an option where we can write a few word. Instead of uploading 2 photos for the front and back of the mug.

Most of e tme the service has been good. I have had two occasions that the service had been really bad simply because your customer service is lacking. On one occasion the Flowers sent were really bad but I understand that that is out of your hands. What you can do however is to be more customer friendly which is where you are lacking.On the second occasion you delivered a funeral wreath two days after the funeral was done after multiple efforts on my part to to tell you to forget about delivering the wreath and to refund my money. Neither was done. Coming from USA where customer relations are excellent I really see a lacking there when things go wrong Things are always good when everything works well.
