I refer to the above mentioned order and was very disappointed of the cake delivered. Was for a very good friends birthday we placed the order Red Velvet Cake the recipient informed that the cake was stale and unedible. We have been ordering through Kapruka for many years and this is the first time of disappointment. Please could you check what could be done. As it was really embarrassing for me. Thanks
