Well Kapruka has been doing a great service. At a time few years back Kapruka failed to deliver my order on time. Of course they accepted the delay and an officer has visited to my residence with his courier team and has apologize for the delay and extended their wishes on behalf of kapruka team. thats something we dont expect from any others. what if i tell you when ever an special occasion comes i still remember the incident how kind they were.
