I have experience with Kapruka. Good service. Better if you can inform unavailable items at least before 24 hours not in the same day as then customers can look for alternatives if it is a special occasion. Also I ordered red grapes but I think you have delivered green. Since I am currently not in Sri Lanka I couldnt call. Overall service is satisfactory. Thank you and hope to order soon.
