While the food arrived there on the correct evening the wine was not. We had to call several times to get that delivered. I do not know which provider it was but their service was not professional. But they apologized and delivered the next day after another reminder though so not so bad.SAUMYA AMARASINGHE

I made two purchases so far and the experience was good. But the second missed the message I sent not a big deal but would have been happy it was included too. Overall the service was good and I am happy that such a website exist so that ppl away from SL really can still express their emotions and feeling to families and friends at least through a gift while being away.YOHAN E PONNIAH

I ordered some lunch from URBANk KITCHEN to be delivered on Dec 1 by 12 but they delivered it late 1.30. Next a part of the Pad Thai was burnt and this is not good. I hope you will inform them to be PUNCTUAL and not to deliver burnt food to clients in future.MALITHI WICKRAMATHILAKA
