I have been using your service in the past and I was extremely happy that you were delivering the items on the requested day without any delays or issues. Unfortunately this was not the case during the delivery process of my order no VAUTF777B97A especially poor customer support when I called customer support phone in Sri Lanka 94715551111. Below is a high level overview of the incident Received an email on 31 5 2016 from Kapruka informing that delivery was unsuccessful asking me to contact Kapruka urgently. Called 94715551111 on 31 5 at 2202 AESTBrisbane Colombo 1730 approx. A support personal Jude responded the call. Our conversation didnt go well. As a customer I felt that Jude doesnt have the appropriate customer service skills especially communication skills. I dont want to go into details here but you should be able to listen to the call recordings to eva1uate his customer service skills.Please note that this is not a complain but I thought it would be better to let you know this incident which may help you to initiate methods to improve skills of your customer service personal in this case Kapruka Customer support in Sri Lanka.I am happy to inform you that the recipient has received the item on 1 6 one day later than the requested delivery date.I also can assure you that I will be one of your customers in the future as I treat this as a minor oneoff incident.RegardsNeil
