Generally I m happy with the service. I have one complaint to make regarding Harpo s pizza. I ordered a Harpo s pizza in my last order. After I place the order I got a call from Kapruka saying Harpo s don t diliver to my area. But when I was ordering my area was on the delivery list. I had a very hard time trying to find a replacement for my order. The Kapruka guy said the balance will be refunded to my account. Have to check this and see.

Almost always the delivery is on time without any problem for this past year I have ben sending monthly pizza and flowers and my parents like it very much. Once a network error delayed the food. I ma happy with this service.

Pretty impressed with the service. I ordered a cake from a vendor without 48h of prior notice. Since it cannot be delivered Kapruka called me and arranged a cake from a different vendor. Appreciate the prompt act on this
