Everything was delivered on time except for one item that was out of stock I received an email in the morning letting me know that one item was unavailable. That is okay and I understand sometimes items go out of stock. However I am disappointed with the quality of one of the products I received Ozone 7piece nonstick cookware set. Of this cookware set the 20cm casserole pot looks like it has been damaged so it has lost its shape and will not fit the glass lid that was provided. Now the lid just sits on top without fitting properly. Not sure how safe it would be to use this moving forward.
