I am a regular customer. I want to send gifts to people as surprises. So sometimes I dont know their address but know only the closest town. This time it was Pannipitiya. When I put Call and ask for the directions as instructions you used to do as Ive requested and delivered the gift. However this time I was insisted to find the address and if not you said you cannot deliver the gift. So it was embarrassing for me to ask for the address and couldnt deliver the gift as a surprise.
