Any deviations of items mentioned in the advertisement are made it must be notified to the client.eg.if 6 mini curd pots were not available and replaced with a large curd pot it must be notified to the client who placed the order.This is what I experienced with my 3 orders placed.

I was satisfied your service previously as you are doing a good service but this time I was totally dissapointed the thing that you did on the new year day. Please refere my emails that I was copied below.I am a regular customer of you. I have placed the subjected order to send Kiripeni Hamper and some other items to my parents and family for the dinner on the new year day. Unfortunately you have delivered the order of somebody else to my home. You have given items to my father at the gate and left immediately and they noticed that items were not that we ordered thereafter. My sister and mother knew what items that I was sending but my father did not know. He is not good to read even. My old mother was shocked after seeing that you have delivered wrong items. I tried to call your UK office USA office and Sri Lanka office. I have put two voice messages on the UK and USA office but the same recording is continuing in Sri Lanka office and no facility for even keeping a voice message. Can you please correct the situation immediately I do not want exchange parcels from the other house as these are food items. If there is any health issue comes through for exchanging food items from the other house you have to take its responsibility. So can you deliver new items I have been using Kapruka service for some time regularly and the thing you have done on the new year day is totally dissapointing. I was shocked as I needed to send Kiri Peni and Basmathi Rice for the dinner for my parents on the new year day. The thing that has done by your officers affected our family. How can you correct the impact to us and shock to me Please inform what you are going to do immediately. Tell me what you are going to do to retain me as a valuable customer.

I have ordered the above order and send it to one of my friend for the New Year. She has received the order on time and it very satisfactory. But quality of the product is very poor and curd pots which I bought were rotten and smells bad too. I feel your team already know the situation and bad ones were hidden inside. The recipient has made a complaint to and the new ones were replaced on the following day. Im very satisfied with your service but please make sure take extra effort to improve the quality of the products you deliver. Thanks
