I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Kapruka Colombo office. I was a longstanding customer using Kapruka service from the UK. Having come to Sri Lanka I placed two orders VLKR0F7578CA and VLKR8305EBAA for my friend on behalf of Valentines day. Having placed orders I rang up to your customer service hot line and asked them to deliver both items at the same time. Your agent made sure to deliver both items together on 14th. Unfortunately VLKR8305EBAA was delivered in the morning and other one went missing. Then I made a complaint to your Office. Later your Duty Manager Buddhika called at 12.15pm and promised me to deliver my missing item within 45 minutes. Unfortunately till after 3.25pm by the time I type this complaint the item did not reach the recipient. Between 2pm to 3pm I made many calls to get through to the Duty Manager Buddhika and Left messages regarding my missing item sadly no call came from your side too.I expected both items to be delivered together in order to celebrate Valentines day.Your team shattered my hopes. This is not the service that customers anticipate from you. Your team carelessly handled customers orders and even giving false hopes. While I wan in the UK kapruka provided great service but today it is not up to the standard and my mind does not ask me to recommend your service to others.Please take this mater seriously and get back to me.

I had a lot of selections for a cheap price and I was extremely happy with the gift items on the website. they were of good quality. also the delivery was done on the due date in the morning exactly as I had expected. although the delivery location was bit difficult to find the kapruka team did it well and delivered it to the exact person.
