Customer service was great they immediately called to inform that the cake needs more time to make and they will not be able deliver on the requested date which was fine.But I picked that specific cake AM2A2BBD52A5 Black forest from Kingsbury since it had cherries on top and thats the best part kids like. Very disappointed that actual cake didnt have any cherries at all despite of the picture shown online.Cake box didnt say anything about Kinsbury and I believe usually the box will indicate where it is from Instead it said something like Churrys I was told.Flower arrangement was great!Thank you!
