I think the system to purchase items is simple and it works well. However you need to improve on your call centre back ground noise. It was better on the smart phone as Icould see the prices in local currency SEK but when I go to check out payments are made in USD. This was confusing to the shopper! Its good if you make a statement from the begining of the shopping process that all payments will be made in USD as it can be misleading informatio to the shopper to show the SEK price and then oay in USD!KAPURUGE PERERA

I was very happy with the efficient way in which my order flowers cake and Thai food for my mothers birthday was handled by Kapruka. The recipient was informed promptly the order was fulfilled correctly and I was informed once the delivery had been made. It was great. The only suggestion is For the GMC items that are not available for nonColombo cities e.g. GMC cheesecake make sure those items are not selectable to add to the cart. Right now there is warning saying its not advisable to deliver these items outside of Colombo. You guys had to call me and make suggestions for the two cheesecakes I ordered.GALYA DISSANAYAKE
