I always got good service from kapruka except twice. Last time was once a tshirt was not delivered even though it has been paid and second instance is today. I asked for a cake for my mothers birthday. Its has been delivered in a bad shape with spoilt icing answer all. I am totally disappointed today as this has happened on a day where we should be happy. 128532 128532 128532
