We had a small issue but you can redesign it to get a better experience. This is the scenario I tried to order a cake and initially it was not mentioned that it cannot be delivered to out of Colombo. So I navigated to checkout and then when selecting the city to be delivered the intended city was listed as a city which you cant deliver. So I had to go back to step 1 and do the something again. These are minor things but they will enhance the user experience.

This time experience is not good. I have an issue with address. Anyway I have selected correct city and other details were from a different address. This happens on mobile browser order. After that your guys tried to deliver it on the day I requested. But instead of checking the differences in address. They simply cut the city and delivered by looking at other address details. They have to confirm it before delivery like other platforms daraz. Their delivery person call in the morning to all and verify that he is coming are your ready. But your guys at least didnt call me for check the address differences before taking his own decisions.This is a birthday cake. So I hoped it will deliver at least day after the birthday. But the delivery guy called me and delivered around 8.45pm in the second day. We are very happy to celebrate it in that time. Please make a buyer friendly platform to serve customers.
