Delivered all on time except the wine bottle. I have to call all the way from bahrain to SL n find out why delay n the person who is delivering should inform this wine bottle getting delayed. he was not aware. He just told he doesnt know. Hope you will deliver wine bottle in the evening without fail. Other than that service is excellent.

The flowers were started to get dried off quickly. When I saw the pics that got already in not so good shape. It would be useful to leave an instructional note on how to take care once delivered. We believe there was no vase at the bottom to hold any water. I asked my parents to get a flat basin and put some water and keep the arrangement on it to get it soaked so that way it would last bit longer. Again Im not sure if the above would work or not. Hence the reason asking for you guys to get a small note to be delivered along with flower arrangements.
