My shopping experience is confined to ordering Restaurant Food Online through Kapruka I ve done so on many occasions upto now.I ve been happy with the service rendered by your Team no complaints.However the Food from Chinese Dragon ordered on 30 th December 2015 was AWFUL that from LOON TAO has always been very good !

I have been a kapruka user for a couple of years and I have always been satisfied. But this time I was disappointed because of the following...I ordered lunch to be delivered on fathers day and clear instructions were given to call the recipient around 11am prior to delivery to confirm delivery at 1pm on the 19th July. Was very disappointed to learn that a telephone call was given at 6am to find out if it was dinner or lunch they wanted how could this happen after all the instructions were given and what were they thinking to call someone at 6 am on a sunday to find out. I was very upset that simple instructions were not followed. Appreciate if Kapruka could look in to this and to ensure things like this do not happen in the future.Thanks
