I am not really happy with the service provided for this particular order I understand that the specific delivery time wont be met however for this order I requested to deliver around noon for lunch and the recipient received a call around noon on the delivery day given 2 options instead of delivering the food 1 change the delivery to night or they will deliver the food by 3 or 4 pm as there are no delivery guys around. Finally the recipient had to go and pickup the food from the KFC location and unnecessarily spent his money for the transportation.
