I am a regular customer of Kapruka but always order as a guest. My experience with Kapruka has always been one of satisfaction. Only my last 4 orders remained undelivered as a result of the recent crisis but funds were apparently refunded and I am yet to verify this refund. This incident and the recent negative publicity did not however affect my personal opinion and loyalty thus the reason I returned to order again.
