Long life milk also known as UHT milk benefits are the same as any other type of milk, as it contains the same essential nutrients. The difference between fresh and long-life milk is the method of processing. Fresh (pasteurised) milk is heated to 74°C for 15 seconds. Long-life milk is heated to 140°C for two seconds and then packaged aseptically.

The shopping experience I had at kapruka online was Fabolous!! Overall the 1st time Brand Experience I had with kapruka is definitely worth a comment..The UI UL experience of the website was exciting too.. the search bar had an arry of options to look into and the overall design and site atmosphere was topnotch.. And bottom line loved the speed of the entire shopping process..Most importantly there was consistently in what was advertised online on the website and what was sent to me!! Almost everything is out of stock. And the gotukola and mugunuwanna delivered previously and not sure yet about todays delivery yet the leaves had to be thrown out as it could not be used. Your service is invaluable. Just two comments that can help improve the website. 1 Sometimes I have difficulty to increase the quantity by directly selecting the quantity. I have to add a product one at a time and repeat if I want more than one. 2 On the payment page it shows my saved credit card from he past sales but when I use it it always ends in an error. I called and left a message on your US number. Later I found a work around by reentering details of the same credit card like a new card.
