Have used the service number of times maybe nearly 15 Experience has been good except 2 3 times. Water flowing ornament was a bad quality and poorly packed and broken soon after delivery. Other occassion one day before delivery was saying stuff required for gift not available which is understandable and I agreed for them to decide something for my mom. The bouquet got delivered was less expensive than what I ordered never got the refund for remaining which she promised that I will get. And the bouquet wasnt like a one from a daughter to mom it was like for a lover. What I understood was they just picked second most expensive after what I ordered. But I appreciate the fact they called me to inform atleast day before but not happy with what they delivered.
