I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday which was yesterday.The cake has been delivered today but.When I was ordering the cake it was clearly mentioned pthat I had to do it before 24 Hours and I ordered it in srilanka time 4pm arround because I wanted it by 6pm after next day.So from my end the time limit is fine.Then I received a call from Kapruka team saying its not possible to deliver it because it has to be ordered 24 hours prior.I said fine you deliver it After 24 hours I dont need it before that.Then they said they are start to deliver by 8.30 am every morning you have to order before that .But it was not mentioned in your system.that misleaded me. if you all mention about the 8.30am before order as well as 24 hours time frame this will not happen. We are your regular customers and its worthless delivering a cake after the party next day.

The Kingsbury chocolate chip cake I ordered wasnt exactly like in the picture the picture had golden flakes standing on the cake but the actual cake just had chocolate coloured ones.Kapruka delivery service was excellent and was on time.

Good shopping experience. I wanted to make a delivery on Poya day in Sri Lanka. It showed as possible at the begging but at the checnout the delivery date was deferred to the next day. This could improve.

When you are delivering ordered items from your website include pictures when the customer receives the items from you. This will let the Gift sender know the item was delivered to the person expected. Also if possible receiver reactions as well. There are so many small companies are doing that now Kapruka is a known reputable company should not have any issues doing this part. I have and will be using site to order gifts for family and friends this will be a great use to me.
