The customer care is excellent.When I placed the order there was a mistake in the city.Instead of Negombo I selected Colombo 14 by mistake as the town was Kochchikade.However when I called the hotline that gentleman was kind enough to arrange the delivery without any issue despite increase in delivery cost by 200 .So impressed by that great gesture and type of customer care..CHAMELI HEWAGEEGANA

Delivery is satisfied but order placement have some issues due to lack of information in the product description. There are certain products are not delivered to certain areas certain days and some products are not available. Its better if the product description can include sauce details in a detailed manner so when we are placing an order we may know there are chances of default for certain products . So we can readily select and keep some alternative products standby. If not the last moment if informed by you all we dont have time to go through as life style is busy hope you all can understand. We get the refund but its not the matter we live in out of the country and sending our loved ones that caring and sharing is missing thats the issue. It is not a complaint but if you can handle these issues that will maximize customer satisfaction.DAPB ATTANAYAKE
