- `kapruka_search_products`: Search the Kapruka catalog by keyword with category, price range, stock-only filtering, sorting, pagination, result limit, and currency selection. Parameters include `q`, `category`, `min_price`, `max_price`, `in_stock_only`, `sort`, `limit`, `cursor`, and `currency`.
- `kapruka_get_product`: Retrieve full product details by product ID, including name, price, stock status, variants, images, shipping information, and direct product URL. Parameters include `product_id` and `currency`.
- `kapruka_list_categories`: List top-level Kapruka category names and browse URLs. Use returned category names as the `category` filter for product search. Parameter includes `depth`.
- `kapruka_list_delivery_cities`: Search Kapruka's delivery city network by canonical city name or vernacular alias. Returns up to 50 city matches per query. Parameters include `query` and `limit`.
- `kapruka_check_delivery`: Check whether an order can be delivered to a city on a given date. Returns the flat LKR delivery rate and a perishable warning for cake, flower, or combo product codes. Parameters include `city`, `delivery_date`, and `product_id`.
- `kapruka_create_order`: Create a guest-checkout order on Kapruka and return a click-to-pay URL. The customer opens the URL in a browser and completes payment without needing a Kapruka account. Prices are locked for the lifetime of the link (60 minutes from creation). Supports multi-currency pricing (LKR, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR). Cart can contain up to 30 items with up to 99 units per item. The MCP server generates a fresh idempotency key per call so safe retries on transient errors do not duplicate orders. Parameters include `cart` (each item: `product_id`, `quantity`, optional `icing_text` for cakes), `recipient` (`name`, `phone` in E.164 or local Sri Lanka format), `delivery` (`address`, `city`, `location_type`, `date` in YYYY-MM-DD Asia/Colombo, optional `instructions`), `sender` (`name`, `anonymous` flag), optional `gift_message`, and `currency`.
- `kapruka_track_order`: Look up status and delivery progress for a Kapruka order by order number. Returns current status (received, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled), order date, delivery date, shipped date, amount paid, payment method, recipient (name, phone, address, city), items, greeting message, special instructions, and a timestamped progress timeline. Also flags whether a delivery photo or video is available on the order page. The order number is the one Kapruka emails the customer after payment (visible on the order complete page on kapruka.com) — it is NOT the `order_ref` returned by `kapruka_create_order`. Parameter: `order_number`.

### MCP Usage Guidance

- Use Kapruka MCP for live product discovery, catalog browsing, product lookup, category exploration, delivery city matching, delivery availability checks, creating guest-checkout orders that return a one-click pay link, and tracking the status of existing orders.
- The MCP server is read-mostly: every tool other than `kapruka_create_order` is read-only. Payment itself never happens through MCP — `kapruka_create_order` returns a `checkout_url` the customer opens in a browser to complete payment. Do not claim that MCP can collect card details, charge a customer, manage carts, modify or cancel existing orders, or access Kapruka accounts.
- Prefer `kapruka_search_products` for broad product discovery and `kapruka_get_product` when a specific product ID is known.
- Use `kapruka_list_categories` before applying a category filter if the correct category name is uncertain.
- Use `kapruka_list_delivery_cities` before `kapruka_check_delivery` when user-provided city names may be ambiguous or informal.
- Before calling `kapruka_create_order`, validate the delivery city with `kapruka_list_delivery_cities` and the delivery date with `kapruka_check_delivery` so the order is not rejected for `city_not_deliverable` or `date_not_deliverable`. Confirm the cart contents, recipient name and phone, delivery address and date, sender name, and quoted grand total with the user before creating the order — the response contains a real checkout link that, once paid, results in a real shipment.
- For `kapruka_track_order`, ask the customer to paste the order number from their Kapruka order confirmation email or the order complete page on kapruka.com. Do not invent or guess an order number. If the customer only has the `order_ref` from a just-created order (format like `ORD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX`), explain that the order number for tracking is a different identifier that arrives by email after payment is completed.
