The message I sent for the card was distorted by additional spaces and symbols so I had to contact your customer service hotline. The agent promised to correct the message but had only done so only partially. i discovered this when the package was out for delivery and had to contact customer service again. This time the agent was much more efficient. She recalled the order corrected the message and the package was delivered the following day.

First Ive to thank you for your services and really appreciated them. and I need to request that I try to order the cake for my familys birthday celebration but I could not continue due to the out of Colombo delivery not available so in future if you your team need to consider the cake delivery throughout the whole Sri Lanka it is not about the delivery charge but if you have arranged these facilities it will help most of us.
