The website is well arranged offers a heap of items.But the content is misleading. However the customer service executive I mentioned his name in my inquiry in the morning was extremely rude to the point of being insulting. I gave the reference number in English he repeated in Nautical language Delta Oliver etc and said it was wrong. Luckily I was familiar with the letters and managed to tell him. His tone of arrogance was very sarcastic. What he doesnt understand that each order however small adds to the total revenue which ultimately pays his salary. Without our order no Kapruka or no job for him. He talks to us as if we are idiots and illiterate but when I questioned the loopholes in the system he was very offensive.
