The online shopping experience was very user friendly.How ever I was dissapointed with the delivery that took place last evening. A 100 Odel voucher was to be delivered with my Husbands cake and dinner. I was disappointed when he told me that the voucher would be delivered the next day. The Surprise didn t go down well as he was minus the voucher which was paid for to be delivered yesterday.

I was very happy with the efficient way in which my order flowers cake and Thai food for my mothers birthday was handled by Kapruka. The recipient was informed promptly the order was fulfilled correctly and I was informed once the delivery had been made.
