My wife made an error in the orderinstead of choosing 29th November she chose 29th December as the delivery date for a coffin wreath. But the customer service officer at the Colombo branch organised to deliver it on the date we required when we contacted her yesterday. A big thank you goes out to her.

Your customer service was very helpful. The only complaint was that the delivery took longer than I thought it would. Customer service said that the flowers which I ordered at noon yesterday would be delivered by morning today but it reached at about 1. I had to call to make sure it wouldnt miss the funeral at 330.

With this order I was told it may not be delivered on time. But I knew you will deliver this on time As I was satisfied with your service in the past.One suggestion because with funerals the time for the customer to order is around 13 days . So if you could improve your order system so that you can post a message if you cant deliver on the requested date and time. May be include a time as well 24 hours during the day can make a big difference together with the date. Then when the customer submits the order check your resources and see if you can deliver on time and if you cannot post a message to the customer unable to deliver on this dd mm yyyy hrmm.

I ordered flowers for a dear old friends funeral in Colombo Sri Lanka from England requesting Next Day delivery by 2pm. This was adhered to fully for which I am most appreciative. My friend there who received the flowers on my behalf and placed them on the coffin tells me they were wonderful and if as i expect receive a photograph i will post it here.
