It would be appreciated if customers could have telephone access to kapruka regarding their orders. I called several times both US SL main numbers but no one answered the phone or made an attempt to get back to me. I needed to urgently communicate with Kapruka re. my order. It was v disappointing! I also sent several email messages which were not answered. While I am satisfied with kapruka order and delivery etc. I am not pleased with its customer relations aspect. Customers should be able to at least have prompt communications with kapruka via email soon after an order is placed. Re online orders the customer is not able to indicate whether the order is lunch or dinner. It is suggested that this question be added for orders including the cutomers preferred time of delivery approximate time Re food listing on website please provide better descriptions on each dish. It was difficult to ascertain whether some dishes were vegetarian or not. It is important in general to add more vegetarian dishes to the list. Thank you.KORUWAGE FERNANDO
