The cake was of super quality and was delicious. However it was very late when we received it. At around 6.15 p.m. Now I placed the order in advance on 13th to receive it on 20th so it was a huge delay. And I had to followup with the team to get an update because we did not received any call either. Then later the deliverer called us. I understand the situation but at least it should have been prioritized since I already mentioned it as a birthday surprise. We had to wait whole day for that. This is my first time experience personally ordering with Kapruka so yes. Thanks though!GAYATHRI SURENRAJEEVAN
